This Leg and Bum workout is designed mainly with women in mind – but it is still a hell of a workout for guys too. I hear women always saying how they want nice toned legs and bum and this workout is designed exactly for that. It incorporates some of the best exercises aimed at working the legs and glutes (the bum muscles) which, if accompanied by a fairly good diet, will have you in shape in no time. This is merely a workout guide which, if followed exactly will really give you a good workout – but I recommend you alter or add your own twist into it and experiment to find out what is right and works best for you.
