I’m 97lbs and no matter how much fattening foods I eat I can’t gain weight..my problem is I am lactose intolerant and have flares of IBS so it is very hard to hold down a lot of foods, my question would be if I could substitute milk for soy milk? I haven’t had any soy milk previously but going to start working out and acting healthy to try and gain weight, its the only thing I have not done so would that be fine?

      Hi Rachel,

Yes this will work just fine, I have never tried it myself so I cannot comment on the taste but it will work.

If you try it please let me know how it was.

      Many Thanks.
