Delicious Tuna Patties

Read this recipe to make some delicious Tuna Patties. High in protein and carbohydrates they are perfect for when you are bulking up!

What you will need:

1 can of tuna
1 medium onion
1-2 garlic cloves
1 large egg
50g flour (oat flour if you have it)
1 tablespoon of oil (for frying)

Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a frying pan

2. Drain the tuna, empty it into a bowl, crack in the egg and mix them together (you shohuld break the tuna down so that it is no longer in chunks/steaks)

3. Peel garlic cloves and the onion then chop them both. The garlic should be cut very fine, the onions can be cut as chunky or as thin as you like (and you can choose how much onion you put in)

4. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the bowl with the tuna and egg mix, then mix them together

5. Add the flour and mix it in until you can’t see the flour anymore

6. Take the mix and place it into 4-6 seperate patties in the frying pan. You can either spoon it straight in or you can roll it into a ball with your hand then flatten it

7. Fry on a medium/high heat for about 3-5 minutes on each side, when you turn it the pattie should look like it’s fried and feel hard
